1. Product description
PostPilot, also called Elaryx in parts of the product, helps users create LinkedIn content, plan campaigns, generate post images, schedule posts, analyze profile readiness, and manage approvals. The product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use the service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, workspace access, password security, LinkedIn account security, and all activity under your account.
3. LinkedIn connection and platform rules
You may connect LinkedIn to authenticate, retrieve permitted profile data, publish content, and use supported features. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's policies, applicable laws, and your internal approval processes. We may pause or block actions that appear abusive, unsafe, unauthorized, or likely to violate platform rules.
4. AI-generated content
PostPilot uses AI to generate drafts, images, strategy suggestions, hashtags, profile recommendations, and quality checks. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your business without review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and legally clearing content before publishing.
Do not use AI outputs to make unsupported claims, fabricate case studies, impersonate people, create defamatory content, violate IP rights, publish regulated advice without proper review, or mislead audiences.
5. User content and ownership
You retain ownership of your brand assets, prompts, posts, images you upload, campaign inputs, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, generate, transform, publish, and store that content as needed to provide the service.
6. Subscriptions, trials, credits, and limits
Plans may include usage limits for posts, campaigns, images, strategies, automations, analytics, or AI credits. Trials may be limited by time, credits, or feature access. Credits are consumed only when the applicable generation or action is successfully completed, unless a specific feature states otherwise.
We may change plan features, limits, pricing, or credit rules for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required.
7. Scheduling and publishing
Scheduling depends on connected accounts, platform availability, token validity, queue status, timezone settings, content approval status, and third-party API reliability. We do not guarantee that every scheduled post will publish at an exact time. You are responsible for monitoring scheduled content and correcting failed posts.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PostPilot for spam, harassment, fraud, scams, or unlawful activity.
- Upload malware, scrape unauthorized data, or bypass platform limits.
- Generate or publish defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified facts when you have not reviewed it.
- Share account access with unauthorized users or resell the service without permission.
- Reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the product or APIs.
9. Third-party services
PostPilot integrates with third-party services such as LinkedIn, OpenAI, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, email providers, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, API changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or policy decisions.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create risk for the product, abuse platform integrations, or use the service unlawfully. You may cancel according to the billing controls available in the product or by contacting support.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee follower growth, engagement, leads, revenue, content virality, account safety, uninterrupted access, or platform approval of any content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, missed publishing times, or business interruption.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify PostPilot from claims arising from your content, account activity, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing law
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
